"Ideal Kredit" NBCO and its official fined 56 thousand manats
According to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, the non-bank credit organization (NBCO) "Ideal Kredit" and its official have been fined a total of 56 thousand manats.
According to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, the non-bank credit organization (NBCO) "Ideal Kredit" and its official have been fined a total of 56 thousand manats .
By a decision of the Narimanov District Court of Baku, based on Articles 598.1.1 and 598.1.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, the NBCO was fined 50 thousand manats , and its official was fined 6 thousand manats . The sanction was applied due to violations of legislative requirements in the field of combating the legalization of criminally obtained property and the financing of terrorism (customer due diligence measures, retention of information and documents, as well as the application of an internal control program). Notably, in September 2025, the NBCO's official was already fined 2,500 manats under the same articles.
Operating since 2003, "Ideal Kredit" has a statutory capital of 646.7 thousand manat.
