Adidas Created a Special Argentina Jersey for Messi!

Adidas has created a special jersey collection for the Argentina National Team and Lionel Messi. For the jersey designed for his farewell, the company replaced its performance logo with Messi’s personal logo.
The special design was inspired by Argentina’s national symbols and Messi’s career. The light blue and white colors are complemented by golden details. Patterns inspired by the sun symbol on the Argentine flag appear on the front and back of the jersey. The number 10, surrounded by laurel branches and a sun motif, refers to Messi’s legacy with the national team. Messi has been called up to Argentina’s squad for a friendly match against Benin on October 6 at the Monumental Stadium in Buenos Aires. The match is expected to serve as a farewell event for the footballer in his home country. Presented on September 25, the collection also includes the jersey, pre-match apparel, shorts, socks and casual clothing. With this design, Adidas has highlighted Messi’s career with the Argentina national team.
