SpaceX to Invest Billions of Dollars in Nvidia Chips!
Elon Musk’s SpaceX is seeking to raise $40 billion in financing to purchase artificial intelligence chips from Nvidia.

Elon Musk’s SpaceX is seeking to raise $40 billion in financing to purchase artificial intelligence chips from Nvidia. According to Bloomberg, the company is in talks with banks and investors for this purpose. The planned transaction could become one of the largest debt financing deals ever carried out in the artificial intelligence sector.
Sources say around $10 billion of the financing is expected to come from bank loans, while $30 billion would be raised through investment-grade debt. However, the talks are still at an early stage, and there is no guarantee that the deal will be completed. The transaction is expected to be finalized in 2027.
The move highlights SpaceX’s plans to expand its artificial intelligence capabilities and increase its use of Nvidia chips. At the same time, analysts are drawing attention to the rapid rise in technology stocks. Gains in the Nasdaq 100 index are being driven largely by shares of several AI companies. This has raised concerns about excessive valuations and the potential formation of a bubble in AI stocks.
