The Best-Selling Smartphones of 2026 Have Been Revealed!

According to the results for the second quarter of 2026, Samsung’s Galaxy A series was the best-selling smartphone family in the global market. Samsung’s Galaxy A series surpassed Apple’s iPhone 17 family, accounting for 18% of the market, while the iPhone 17 family held a 16% share. According to Smart Analytics Global, sales of the Galaxy A series increased 11% year over year, with the Galaxy A17 5G playing a key role in this growth. Apple delivered strong results in the premium segment. The iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro Max, and iPhone 17 Pro ranked among the top three globally in terms of individual model sales. Sales of the iPhone 17 family increased 24% year over year. The more affordable iPhone 17e also exceeded expectations in the U.S. and Japanese markets. Sales declined across several Chinese-brand series. Xiaomi Redmi fell 17%, vivo Y and OPPO A by 18%, Honor X by 24%, Xiaomi POCO by 40%, and Motorola G by 35%. Huawei’s Nova series grew 19%. The report noted that rising memory and chip prices could push smartphone prices higher and increase pressure on emerging markets.
