The Income of Apple’s New CEO Has Been Revealed!

Apple has appointed John Ternus as CEO following Tim Cook. The salary and compensation package of the new executive have been revealed. According to official information, Ternus will receive total annual compensation of $58 million. Of this amount, $3 million is an annual cash salary, while the remaining $55 million consists of stock-based awards.

Of the stock awards, 75%, or $41.25 million, is tied to performance targets set by the company. The remaining 25%, or $13.75 million, will be earned based on Ternus remaining with the company for a specified period. The compensation structure is designed to encourage the new CEO to focus on Apple’s long-term performance.

Ternus’ package is also being compared with his predecessor Tim Cook’s 2025 compensation. Cook received a $3 million salary, a $12 million bonus and $57.5 million in stock awards that year. Ternus’ engineering background could play an important role in Apple’s future product and technology strategy. Investors will closely watch his impact on the company’s performance.
