Donald Trump is preparing a new plan to advance artificial intelligence!
He said he would establish an “Artificial Intelligence Force” and appoint an “AI leader” to oversee the field in the near future.

U.S. President Donald Trump announced new plans related to artificial intelligence on his social media account on Saturday. He said he would establish an “Artificial Intelligence Force” and appoint an “AI leader” in the near future to oversee the field.
Trump also proposed changing the term “artificial intelligence.” According to him, the term does not fully reflect the technology’s current capabilities. The president suggested alternative names such as “Superior Intelligence,” “Extreme Intelligence” and “Supreme Intelligence,” and conducted a poll on which term should be used.
The remarks come at a time of growing debate over the pace of AI development. Several prominent figures in the technology sector, including Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, and Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk, have supported slowing AI development to some extent.
At the same time, the Donald Trump administration favors an approach that promotes innovation in the AI sector. Trump has also said that slowing research in this field could allow China to gain a technological advantage.
