Strong Growth in China's Industrial Sector

Rising demand for artificial intelligence technologies in China has led to an increase in profits in the industrial sector. Despite weak domestic demand, profits at major industrial companies rose by 14.4% in September compared to the same period last year.

According to China's National Bureau of Statistics, industrial profits increased by 15.5% from January to September. This figure was slightly lower than the 15.7% growth recorded during the first eight months of the year.

The main factors driving the recovery in the industrial sector are growing demand for AI equipment and government measures aimed at reducing intense price competition among companies.

The expansion of global AI investments has positively affected the earnings of companies operating in chip manufacturing, mining, and raw material supply. At the same time, rising commodity prices amid the conflict involving Iran have also boosted profits for some industrial enterprises.

However, manufacturers focused on the domestic market continue to face challenges due to rising raw material costs and weak consumer demand.
