MOSCOW, October 2. Russia's National Wealth Fund will be replenished in 2027-2029 with additional oil and gas revenues when projected revenues exceed the baseline level. This is stipulated in the main guidelines of budget, tax and customs tariff policy for 2027 and the 2028-2029 planning period, which TASS has reviewed.
The document states that as projected oil and gas revenues in 2027-2029 exceed the baseline level, additional oil and gas revenues will be generated and transferred to the National Wealth Fund.
The document also notes that determining the overall parameters of the federal budget and the sources of deficit financing in accordance with fiscal rules will help keep the debt burden at a sustainable level.
