Concerns about the future of artificial intelligence are growing!

The rapid development of artificial intelligence technologies has raised serious concerns among experts working in the sector. Former Anthropic employee Jacob Coxon announced his resignation from the company, stating that AI companies have entered an uncontrolled race to develop self-improving superintelligence.

According to Coxon, AI systems could gain access to significant power and resources in the coming years and bring about major changes across various fields. He also claimed that companies are not taking these risks seriously enough.

Anthropic employee Samuel Marks also warned that artificial intelligence could pose serious threats to humanity. In his view, commercial interests and competition between companies are keeping the pace of technological development high despite concerns over safety.

OpenAI Chief Scientist Jakub Pachocki expressed concern about the pace of AI development and called for broader safety measures. Other experts, including Alex Turner, Jason Wolfe and Jonathan Richard Schwarz , have also warned about the potential risks of artificial intelligence. They argue that broader cooperation and coordination are needed to ensure safety as AI capabilities continue to expand.
