Roscongress and PSB have announced the creation of the “Spirit of Russia” digital platform. Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak noted the project’s importance for the development of the country’s creative economy and regional potential.
The ecosystem is based on the platform economy model, which involves combining the resources, competencies, and capabilities of various participants to create shared value.
The statement emphasizes: “Its goal is to create a sustainably functioning environment for professional and entrepreneurial communities, scientific and technological teams, creative industries, businesses, and development institutions.”
PSB, in turn, will facilitate the development of investment mechanisms, provide financial support to promising projects, and expand the opportunities of entrepreneurs and regional teams.
