WhatsApp is working on a new feature!
The feature, currently in testing, will allow users to manage three phone numbers for personal, work, and other purposes within a single app.
WhatsApp is working on a new feature for iOS users that will allow them to use three different accounts on the same device. Currently in testing, the feature will enable users to manage three phone numbers for personal, work, and other purposes within a single app.
WhatsApp currently supports two accounts on iOS, but the company is working to increase this limit to three. Once introduced, the new feature could reduce the need for users to carry separate devices for different phone numbers. Each account will continue to operate independently. Chat histories, notifications, media files, and backup options will remain separate. Users will also be able to switch between accounts easily through the app’s settings. The feature is not yet available to beta users in general, and WhatsApp has not announced an official release date. The update is expected to be introduced in a future version.
